Paxton’s sound is influenced by the likes of Fats Waller and “Blind” Lemon Jefferson.  He is also one of the only music makers of his generation to fully assimilate the blues idiom of the 1920s and ‘30s.

Konesni is at the vanguard of the sea shanty revival, leading The Mighty Worksong Community Chorus with his powerful voice; he tours internationally as a cultural ambassador,  sharing the rich musical traditions of Maine’s lumberjacks, sailors and farmers.

About the venue: Tinder Hearth is a bakery in Brooksville that specializes in wood-fired, naturally-leavened bread, pizza, and pastries with organic flour and locally sourced produce. The bakery is nestled between fields and forests and their backyard is a lively restaurant with string lights, picnic tables, and live music! Parking is available beside the bakery.
